We are getting this error message for one user.
"LOGAN Message not found"
The strange thing is that the user can log in to another machine, with the same user/password for Lawson, and it works fine.

Is the user a LID or portal user?

A portal user (I am talking as if I know anything about this software)

Ok, I have not seen this particular error but check the link they are using in Internet Explorer to get to portal. Sometimes people save the link at strange times and get errors when they try to reuse it.

This occurs iwthin the PO20 screen, not at login.

This alone indicates it's workstation issue. I would start with clearing the IE cache/temp files etc. Reboot, check for the pre-req needed to run portal, IE versions, XML parser Sp2 installed etc etc...

Just what I wanted to avoid!
Thanks.
