On PO25.1 there is a flag called "Allow Reference of Non Agreement Items Not on Agreement".
What does that do? I can't find anything in KB or documentation on it?
Thanks

Mike - some agreements are used to control spending, not just costs. You can set up an agreeement with a maximum amount that can be purchased and the flag you're referring to signifies whether or not an item which is not on the agreement can be referenced on (or charged to) the agreement on the requisition or PO.
