Does anybody know if RQC relies on Flash? A user cannot get the shopping screen loaded.

I'm on 10.0.6 - never had an issue that relates to Flash. We do have periodic issues with the java version of our citrix websphere.

I hope you're still out there! We recently tried updating from RQC 10.0.4 to 10.0.6. In our TEST environment it worked fine but in PROD we got this error when we click on the shopping link - it says 'infor' in the little red logo box at the upper left, and then:

TypeError
Unable to get property 'replace' of undefined or null reference
URL: (etc.)

If we change the Document type from 'default' to 9 or 10, then it doesn't error, but we can't expect our users to figure that out. Any thoughts?

Never saw anything like that. That's definitely a bug that needs to go to Infor. Where do you set document type?

are you using IE11? I don't remember what version of RQC finally supports that, but it sounds like a compatibility issue.
