AC20.4_Activity Budget by Activity

Hi,

In AC20.4 I have a budget of $20,000 in the amount fields, but next to Total Cost Budget Amount the total is $40,000. Any guidance on this issue is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Are you selecting a year in AC20.4? The Total Budget Amount shown is the LTD budget amount, but the line items will only be for the specific year you've selected. This could explain the discrepancy you're seeing.

No, I am not selecting a year because we do not use that field. There are three budget numbers. 1 (Original Budget)= $20,000...2 (Revised Budget)= $20,000. For some reason it seems to be summing these two budgets together. AC20.7 appears to be set up properly as well.

However, our final budget of $19,000 is appearing correctly in AC20.4.

I resolved the issue by running AC580; Balance Rebuild.
