AP175 Error Cannot run for cpy 0003 - company run in progress

User is trying to run AP175 and gets this error -
Cannot run for cpy 0003 - company run in progress. We see no jobs that are running/waiting. Any help would be appreciated.

If there are no jobs in Needs Recovery, look in the APMONITOR file and locate the record for AP175 that has a status = 1 which indicates the job is running. If program is not running, delete the APMONITOR record out of database and run AP175 with a new jobname.
