How do I get a list of all invoices that have been paid from certain date? I need to provide auditors with a crystal report

APVENMAST has the vendor information. APPAYMENT has the payment information. On this website look under the TECH tab at data dictionary - tabels and you can find the file relationships to know where the data you need resides.

Thanks Cindy! How do I get to list only AP invoices/payments in certain zip codes? I tried adding the APADDRESS file but it duplicated the records.

APVENADDR should get you what you need.
