How to create new vendor in S3?

Hi

Iam not able to create new vendor in S3.

Iam using AP10 form ID for vendor creation. i fill up all the datails and click on add button i get error saying 'Error occured while performing the transaction'

Pls check attached screenshot of error

Pls let me know if iam following wrong process for creating new vendor

Did you check the database log ? I have had instances on 9.x applications when AP programs bombed because the APVENADDR had more than one record with CURR-ADDR = Y. If you are haveing the same issue, this violates DB indexing rules. the KB has an article on how to fix this.
