I just created a new sub-account, and i would like to link it to multiple accounts. What is the best way to do this? Is there a form where i could do it? I tried using GL02.3 but that doesn't work.... Well thanks in advance

Not sure what you're trying to do, but sub-accounts only "live" under a single GL account, i.e. 54000-0001. If you want to add same subaccount under multiple accounts, you need to add it to each one, e.g. 54001-0001, 54002-0001, etc.
If however, what you *really* mean is that you want to add it to multiple *accounting units*, you would do that using the GL121 batch job, which will add it to multiple Accounting Units.

Certainly--use GL00.3.
I posted the procedure here:

Just out of curiosity, can you use the add-ins to link the accounts and accounting units, basically like you would via the GL121?

Upload against GL20.2 to do that...you'll need to fill some hidden fields, but it will work.
