We fix a number of errors in AC45.1 but we process this manually and it could get tedious at times.
Is there an AC45.1 MS Add-in upload? If so, can you please provide the table? And what is the primary key to use so that the upload would identify the exact transaction we're trying to change since at times there are numerous entries against 1 activity with 1 account category.

You need to map the tran-status (R,P,B) on the header as well as these fields for EACH transaction:
Activity Group,
Activity,
Account Category,
Company,
Accounting Unit,
Account,
Sub Account,
OBJ-ID
line FC for the transaction.
Treat each line in the Excel file as if it were being changed on Line 1, and it should work just fine.

Thank you so much for the quick response on my previous inquiry.
I followed the steps you've provided, however, I came at an issue where the "Remarks" I got from the upload is "Warning: GL trans not changed; select Change to proceed". If change is done directly in Lawson, just need to click again on the "Change" icon. In MS Add-in upload, how can that be resolved?
Thanks again!
