Good day everyone. I have my Income Statement in RW and it is working great, now we want to add some items to it at the bottomw to create a manager type of dashboard for a better term.
I have our statistics loaded in the 9xxxx series so have IP Stat, OP Stat, ER Stat.
On RW, I have these showing up great after the my income statement. Now I want to do a ratio of Total Revenue per Total Stat for each department that may have the information.
This is where I am stuck. I created another Format wtih the calculation where I have CYDAMT in one column, CYDUNIT in another column and both of these are ghost. Then I have a antoer column with the calculation of CYDAMT/CYRDUNIT (or columnX/ColumnY). When I add this to the Row, it adds fine and I have the Description as Total Rev/Total Stat, with type of T and Total as 1, with under more I picked the Format 3 override. I am little concern with having T, but the other types would not work as they needed accounts and I already have that built in the format under account override. When I run the RW report it produce a calculation of 0 and there is data showing for both types of number.
I am sure I am missing something small, but I may not be. Right now I am doing it only for our OR department but eventually it would need to calucate on the rest, but trying one department first to see if I can get it to work.
Thanks for any help.
Have a good day.
