Add in for Position User Fields

I'm not sure why my first response didn't post - but you can try this link:

There are templates there for user fields - I haven't tried them so I can't say whether they're easy or hard to use. I had tried myself, in the past, and was also unsuccessful (before I knew of the above link). Since the add-ins are supposed to supplement the standard Lawson programs, I gave up and just used the HR515 - and no more headaches from banging my head!
