Corrections - HR/PA

We are stuggling with the process to perform corrections on actions processed through PA. Is anyone aware of tools/documentation or helpful hints in this area? We use MyLawson.com and a third party vendor for assistance, but continue to struggle. Thanks!

If you're looking for information relating to the special processing available on the personnel action forms or PA54, if you search "special processing" on Lawson's knowledge base, there are a lot of articles explaining how each option works. We have found here that each situation is markedly different, so we don't have any particular scripts or processes mapped out - every scenario needs to be analyzed to determine the best method to correct it. Personally, I wish Lawson never coded these options since, as an example, if you reverse a personnel action, there's no history left at all, which, for auditing purposes, can make for some interesting explanations.
