If a job code changes to reflect a position should accrue at a manager level rate what do I need to do to update the absence plan?

Do you have different structures for different groups? If so, they should appear on your LP101 ending one structure and adding them to the other with the higher rate. If you want to move history, you can move it via either LP80 or LP180. If you've never done it before you may want to try it in your test environment first to make sure you've selected the options appropriate for your company.
