I'm reading KB 1199984 and wondering if we have our pay plan setup correctly. Overtime is determined in our time & attendance system. The OT time record
is sent over from T&A and brought in via PR530. Are these OT time records considered supplied overtime?

I would think so. That is how we bring our OT into Lawson from our timekeeping system.

On PR21, Do you have Calculate Overtime Hours set to Yes or No for your Overtime Plan?

Ours is set to yes and I think that might be part of our problem with the PR132. I'll do some further testing. Thanks!
