We just completed an initial meeting with Hartford and would like to be able to network with other Lawson users who have outsourced their FMLA administration to Hartford or other administrators.

We were outsourced with Matrix Absence Management for FMLA and Advice to Pay on STD for 3 years - we interviewed UNUM for these services when the contract ended last year and their references were very good - ultimately we decided to bring it back in-house. We didn't look at Hartford for FMLA.

Thank you for responding. It appears that Benefits has committed to Hartford. We will contribute posts on the implementation in case it is beneficial to anyone in the community.
