Incorrect "First Work Period End Date" populated on the PR21.1

we are processing 1/10 payroll and time entry can not be made in the PR35.2 or 36 for 1/1/2014 and 1/2 /2014. We believe due to the PR22 showing the calander work period as 1/09/2014 when it should be 1/2/2014. Because we have already run our first pay period of the year we cannot change the "First Period Work end date" back because the messege states that employees already exist.

We inenvertently used our pay period end date to populate the 21.1 "First Work Period End Date" instead of the first week end date.  This has caused the calendar for the PR21.2 to have an incorrect work start date for the calendar year.  When we try to change the date the system will not allow it due to employees already assoiciated to the plan. How can we resolve this issue?
