Lawson to KRONOS people interface

Currently, we enter our employee changes just prior to our next payroll run and they are backdated to the beginning of the current pay period.  We would like to enter those that we know about for the next pay period and use that effective date.  We have tested in Lawson and believe it will work after making an adjustment to our PA06 rule.

Our interface to KRONOS is curretnly run on the Thursday before the pay period end date and they manually enter the beginning of the pay period to effective date the records in KRONOS with that date.  We would like to automate the process and effective date the people record with the true effective date and pull in the future dated records from Lawson.

I am looking for a contact of someone who currently does this.
