LP - Question on Single Structure for Different Pay Cycles

Looking for input on this question: If there are two employees who follow identical vacation policies but are on two different pay cycles (both weekly, on ofsetting Tuesday), do I need to set up two different LP structures for them or can they be combined into one structure? What are the considerations? Thanks in advance for your advice!!

Nancy - If they are set up on different pay plans in payroll, they will need different LP plans. I have the same issue because we pay some employees weekly and some bi-weekly.
