LP Transactions did not close

Anybody familiar with t run flag in TAEEMASTER file?  There are some transactions that did not close and have the run flag = 1 (transaction processed). I know LP140 updates this flag.

If the run flag <> null, you either haven't run LP197 or most likely you have transactions on LP70 that errored during LP140. Hope that helps,
