I have a number of employees whose LTS accrual correctly however they are not being moved to eligible till the next pay run.
I'm having trouble figuring out why this the accrual last & eligibility last dates are a pay off.
We pay biweekly, the rules are setup to pay cycle adjust.
Has anyone else had this problem and how do you correct it?

What is you eligibility rule Occurence field set at? If you want it available as soon as it is accrued, it needs to be set to 99.

We had something very similar occur and it all traced back to when we converted over to Lawson from another system. Payroll had setup a pay plan PR21 where the 'first pay period en date was incorrect'. They then fixed it with a newer effective dated pay plan. However for employees that had Anniversary dates older than the pay plan that was fixed, it used the incorrect pay plan and then it wasn't aligned with pay period correctly. We also had to change some accrual rules LP03.2 to align with pay period, then we had to go fix each LP31 that was incorrect.

The Occurence field is currently set to biweekly and we believe it should be 99 however we were trying to track back to find out why we have a group of people that are off by a pay period. I'll check to see if a prior PR21 record caused the problem as it did for your MJ.
Thanks.

I also would suggest the PR21 as a possible issue. This is usually due to the eligibiltiy date not being a pay period end date.

We had a similar issue and we had to update the lp31 elig date to line up with the payroll dates.
