Merge Duplicate Records

When first implementing Lawson we experienced a duplicate entry. (long before I arrived) It is only one record and we have ways around it but I cannot find a way to merge the records. There are personnel actions on the first record I do not want to lose. Any suggestions?

We've had the same situation, and transferred all of the history from one record to the one we're keeping, then deleted the now "empty" record. It's a pain, particularly if you have a lot of pay history associated with both.

How do you transfer the history from one record to the other?

Depending on the volume, you can either manually add PA history or use HR521, and PR560 for pay
