We would like to have the functionality of allowing new employees to enroll in benefits via ESS prior to their date of hire. We have been successful in interfacing future hires from LTM to S3, as well as setting up security roles for future hires, however, receive the attached error. We tried working around this by establishing the BenDate 5 field as the date the hire is approved, however, recieve the error "Employee Does Not Exist. HR Organization=1000, Employee=95213." Is there any work around that anyone has used that would allow for future enrollment for new hires?

I tested this for our organization, but there has been no movement to proceed, yet.
We changed the New hire rule to sya they can enroll 60 days beyond the BenDate 4 field. If we were to change to using a BD4 to allow new hires to enroll prior to their hire date, we'd need to think about the EOI rules set up on the BS03.3. I adjusted them for this employee because more than 30 days had passed from the BD4 date and it created a different error

I inquired about this with Lawson in the past because they just need to change the logic to allow enrollment before hire date. ... They said to use an on-boarding solution if you want to do enrollments before a hire date. ...
I looked at the code at the time and it looked like simple coding changes would make the system work for pre-hire enrollment.
