When our HR department runs the PA100 it does not write future terminated records to BN35. As such, our BN100 does not cancel the records on BN32.1 nor does it write a COBRA record to BN70. What is odd is that the PA100 does write future new hires to BN35. Not sure why future terminations are not working.
Can anyone help? We are currently on 9.0.0.
Thank you.

Some of the things that come to my mind immediately are:
Is the personnel action flagged to update benefits?
Does the termination action change their employee group membership for the benefits you want to end?

Dawn,
We recently ran into the same issue. I worked with Lawson and we had to install 2 patches, CPT63255 and CPT66906. The other thing is to make sure that the personal action you are doing for future terms is set up the term rules (BN16.4).

Brad: How invasive were these patches with other HR, Benefits or Payroll screens/reports? Was there a lot of regression testing that needed to be done?
Thank you.

We didn't have any issues with the patches. They didn't cause any issues with any HR, BN or PR screens. It sounds like you use a little more BN screens than we do. Your testing may be a little bit more involved.
