Has anyone made customizations to prevent employees from being able to print their benefits elections confirmation within ESS, which they'd be willing to share?
Our HR dept. sends our Elections Confirmations to employe's home addresses after open enrollment period is closed. Therefore, since the enrollments are done from pc banks that get set up within public locations, they do not want employees to be able to print them. Their concern is, in part, due to liability issues if the employees leave them on the printers after choosing the 'print' option.
Realizing that to do so is likely to require some customization of the javascripts and/or html documents, we'd lie to know if anyone else has prevented this option and would be willing to share their ideas. We're on 9.0.1, on a Windows platform.
Thanks in advance for any direction you might be able to provide.
