I am using query wizard to upload a list of employees hired between 12/01/2010 and 12/31/2010. Can anyone tell me to format this in the criteria selection of query wizard?
Thanks!

Not sure I actually understand your question - the query wizard won't upload records for you. If you're trying to query and pull a list of employees hired in the month of December 2010, depending on the date/s you use (i.e. we use hire date as original hire date and adjusted hire date as re-hire date), you can use the dates in the your selection criteria, and then group them to get the month. IMO, HR writer is a great tool for that kind of list, but it's limited in length and what you may want to tie to the record.

I think you need to use upload wizard for uploading the list if you are doing it via Addins. If you are using upload wizard you can do like this
If it ia a one time job you can sort the records according to dates in the excel and can delete the records which you don't require. Now the records in the excel will be the one that you require and you need to upload and now you can upload the records via upload wizard.
