Is there a standard Lawson form that is used to update the HRUTILITY table?

No - at least not just one - according to the technical text, it "contains fields that can be loaded, updated and accessed by any program. This file allows you to make changes to the system without changing the database". It IS updated by HR06, HR506, TP01

Actually it's a little more complicated than that (isn't it always). HRUTILITY was added to the 8.0.x apps to support various "utility" data elements, e.g. HIPAA-related being the primary use. If you have the 8.0.x apps, the table is updated behind-the-scenes with related data for some tables/forms, like HR03 Status Codes for example. During the 8.0.x -> 8.1/9.0 apps upgrade the records that are in the HRUTILITY table are moved to other more appropriate tables.

My goal is to load data that is not associated with standard Lawson fields without building a custom table. Is it possible to use HRUTILITY for this purpose, as it has the exact number of key fields necessary for my needs.
