XMIT in PA52.3

Excuse my ignorance with the system, but what can I do in PA52.3 to rid myself of the "must inquire before using this function code"?

I've already formatted and entered in the HK field, but the problem is unlike other PA52 areas there is no _f4,XMIT-HREMP-BLOCK.  I just have XMIT-Curr & XMIT-ACT-EXISTS
