Hi
I would like to know what steps we need to take during an EMSS and CBL upgrade?
We have a few customizations that we need to preserve.
Does Lawson take a backup of EMSS modified files when we do an upgrade as it does during a CTP installation.
Or do we have to manually take a backup of customizations?
What steps do you all follow before doing an upgrade of EMSS?

No, the ESS/MSS upgrade/patch process does not backup anything. We are heavily modified in ESS, especially with regards to the benefits enrollment code.
We copy the xhrnet and xbnnet folders in total before installing an upgrade/patch and then retrofit as needed.

Thanks
I guess I have to do the following steps
1) List out all the customizations in xhrnet and xbnnet folders
2) Then take back up of xbnnet and xhrnet folders
3) Retrofit the customizations in the customized files
