What is $AUDFORM in the .scr file do?

In version 10 of the S3 apps there is a new item in a number of the .scr files.  $AUDFORM0  HR93.1  is an example.  Does anyone know what this $AUDFORM does?  It is not in the Application Dev Workbench Standards document.
