Add new email in Approve Hire group

Can you please tell me how can I add new email address in Approve Hire group. one of the HRREP is not getting mails, so that needs to be checked or added to the list if not found. Thanks in advance.

If you mean an approver assigned to a Task, ProcessFlow uses the email from the Lawson Security profile of your approvers. If you are using a "group" email address then that would be updated within your email server group.

Approve Hire is the To address in the email node, just like we use Approve PA's, HRIS Approver and LOA Approver email groups. How can we edit the Lawson Security profiles?

If you're using email groups (not ProcessFlow Tasks) then the group would have to be updated by the Email owner of that group in your email system. If you're using PF Tasks then you have to go into Lawson Security Administration and add the user's email to their profile (Edit RM Information).
