We have several departments that will enter a req for an invoice for services rendered. There is no value added for the buyer to turn that req into a PO. It's just menial clerical work. I want to create a flow that will check the POINTERFAC table for data related to a specific buyer code. If that req loc exists then kick off a PO100 job and then notify the requester with the PO number via email. My PF skills are basic. Looking for some help.

You can use the existing Req Approval ProcessFlow Service - you just don't have to route the requisition to anyone to actually approve it. That will trigger ProcessFlow for you (you can set the Requesting Location to require header level PF approvals). Your flow would then approve the requisition and then (rather than use PO100) use PO23 to flip it to a PO and send the requester an email with the PO number, etc.
