Does ScanFileClient wait for complete file b4 processing?

We are looking to use ScanFileClient and our technical team asked if the ScanFileClient application waits for the file to be completely written before it sends it to process flow. We have a number of large files that take time to be written to the file system. They are afraid the file will be 'processed' before the full file has been written.

I'm pretty sure it does not. If it sees a file with the correct name, it will grab in immediately.

You should either perform a "rename" or call FileClient (rather than ScanFileClient) when the file is complete.
