Trying to run a FileClient from a bat file on Windows 2007. Is this possible?

Found out it is possible. Needed to do a set lawdir= before the fileclient string.
I get an error now that -Procedure is required. I had -Flow and thought that was sufficient. Changed Flow to Procedure and still get the error.
What is the difference between Procedure and Flow?
