How to reference fields from a transaction node in another node

Hello,

What I am trying to do is do a transaction call to PO20 to inquire on a PO.  Next I want to write out an XML file using the data returned in the PO20 inquire. 

I know that the transaction call returns an XML string, but I am unsure how to reference that data in the next node. 

How can I do this?

Ok, I figured out that I can reference any field on the screen using the field name.

ex:

strVendor = Transaction6440_PCR_VENDOR
