HR User action node

Using PF Professional; My first time using the HR UA node although i've used the user action node in the past successfully. Looking in the activity log, I see this message: "oAction NotFound" mean and it's also listing me a string variable that I assigned just before the HR UA node as "NONE". Has anyone else seen this before?

If the COMPANY and EMPLOYEE you pass does not have a valid supervisor in HRSUPER it automatically sets the action to NotFound

Which EMPLOYEE goes on the supervisor line? The person I want to take the inbasket action or one of the direct reports previously?
