We followed the article in the "tips and tricks" section for setting the number of items in the inbasket. We applied the setting via the BPM menu however it has made no difference?
Do we need to restart the server/services or something? We are on the AS400 on version 9.X.

Is this what you set up?
User Preference
Id = userID
System Name = INBASKET
Field Name = NBRWORKUNITS
Description = Number of WorkUnits Displayed (can be any value)
Value = 30

That should have worked. Have you tried a lower Value and tried to work your way up? I don't remember this being a server type issue (AS400 vs Windows or Unix).

I have tried several different limits, nothing seems to make a difference. It still just keeps displaying 10 items.

Try refreshing your IOS Cache or else restart PFlow services.

Does anyone know any other valid values for "Field Name" or where I could find any documentation? I am looking to sort the inbasket from newest to oldest and am hoping there is an option for that.
