Is it really a requirement to upgrade from Process Flow Professional to Process Flow Intergrator when going to 9.0.1?

Not really unless you will be using a lot of nodes not in the professional version such as FileAccess, DataIterator, SQL access etc. Most of the time the professional version wil suffice. However, with lsf90x, I would personally recommend PFI over the professional version.

I am a little confused because I thought that Process Flow Professional was or is being decommissioned... You might want to review this with Lawson because when we went to LSF9 we moved from Professional to Integrator. (However, we use the in-basket and quite a few nodes that are only available in the Integrator package.)
