I have been working with Lawson for 3 days now without any resolution.
I have just upgraded our EMSS to version 9.0.1.3 and would like to use the new processflows that are provided instead of the generic emails.
I am attempting to make changes to the EMSSAddrChg Service Definition to add the Product of ERP and to add the appropriate product line. Each time I try to do this, I receive an error message stating that I must inquire first (which I am doing).
I am very familiar with process flow admin setup but haven't used a canned Service Definition since 2005. Our system currently will not let me make changes to one of our custom Service Definitions either.
We are on LSF 9.0.1.5 using LSF9 security.
I am not sure if it could be a security issue or what.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
