We have a number of req approval requests for the approvals to be reassigned as people are out on vacation, etc. I am looking for a way to have our super user outside IT make this change to User Task Category Definitions but not allow access to update other flows or utilize the designer tool.

Has anyone decentralized maintenance like this and been able to handle any security concerns

Someone told me recently that security for ProcessFlow is either all or nothing. I do not believe there is a way to restrict access to certain flows while granting access to others.

I have created a couple of different Design Studio forms for PF administration, which trigger a flow to do the updates.

Thanks for the response. I had thrown out the idea of doing something like you described to our team here yesterday. It is good to know someone has been able to make that work.
