Error when sending report to screen

I m getting an error when sending a report to screen from print manager.
DtlMsg: Disabled Detail: Truncated Detail File Detected

I have set the following
[XFH-DEFAULT]
WRITELINE=OFF
in my extfh.cfg file under COBDIR/etc directory.

Still i m getting this error.

any help will be appreciated.

 your .dtl file may not be valid 

or .prt and .dtl may not be in sync
