Field is required message when running any reports

We have a user that when she runs any jobs, clicks Add and then Submit, the user is displayed the message "Field is required" in the browser's status bar.  The user has all the required felds entered and it looks like it's thinking the Job Name is not filled in.  If you select the drop down to see all the added jobs the job list comes up but there are no jobs listed.  Has anyone come across this before or have a resolution to this problem?  It's preventing the user from doing anything.  Thank you in advance!
