MAC Support for EMSS /RSS

We are continually getting requests for support of MAC's for those approving or working in the self service applications.

Since most of the requests come from people at home trying to access Lawson, we have not supported them very effectively as each person could have their PC set up slightly differently.

Does anyone have suggestions on how they have handled similar requests to support MAC's?

We have everyone (home users as well) access ESS via a Citrix farm and I know they make a client for Mac's. *Won't help you with the license fees and hardware needed to set one up, but that's how we are doing it here at Genesis Health.

Mark, Macs are supported (using Firefox, but not Safari) for later versions of ESS and RSS. The users have to access the ESS/RSS bookmarks directly, and not go thru Portal.
