New employee provisioning with Courion

We are going to be using a new provisioning package for new employees. The package is called Courion. Does anyone have experience with it?
This package will generate new AD and email, then update certain key systems such as Lawson. My understanding is that it will write directly to our ADAM LDAP server, bypassing the normal Lawson Security (loadusers) procedure we currently use. I am thinking that the Courion user needs to have some sort of administrative access to the ADAM LDAP machine.
Any ideas?

Gary,
The user executing the provisioning workflow does not require administrative privileges on ADAM, or any other target system. The Courion software securely manages access to target systems on behalf of the user. Contact Courion Support at http://support.courion.com/ for further details.
