Open Enrollment Freezes on IE11 64 bit PC Windows 7

We are testing Open Enrollment for our upgrade to Windows 2012 servers.  We are also upgrading the applications.  In testing Open Enrollment freezes when it gets to the page that displays the current benefit selection.  This only happens when using IE11 on a 64bit PC.  It works fine when using IE11 on a 32 bit PC and works fine in Chrome or Firefox.  Has anyone else run into this problem and if so did you find a solution?  We have been working on this issue with Infor Support, but have not come up with a fix.  It may have something to do with an update to Windows, but I have not been able to determine which update could have caused the problem.  Thank you.
