Reading logs in PF Admin

When my PFI admins attempt to read job logs from the ProcesFlow Administrator they receive the following error:

Unable to read file: 345.wulog
Error: Unable to send RemoteCallMethodObject to remotecall servlet https://lawson.vhda.net/bpm/remotecall

I have verified that pfrmi is running in the environment
I have also verified that this user has full access to the BPM directory and its sub-folders / files

Any ideas?

This log is greater than 1 MB. Lawson CASE told me that PFI Admin could not open logs greater than 1 MB. Is this true?
