How is anyone handling allowing users access to the csv files that are generated as output from HR170/RW100 in their print directories (primarily on Win platform)?
Currently there is a share on the print folder (BAD setup!) so they just drag and drop to local folder as needed. This means that sensitive data that is in other print files is accessible.
The other option thought of is to restrict the individual print folders to the user and/or the proper AD group that should be allowed to data - but that does not then restrict on a job by job basis, if security in Lawson is set up that way.
I'm not aware that you can define a folder destination for either one of these.

Are you using LAUA or Lawson Security?

LAUA - but really the issue is not security related. It has to do with recurring report writer jobs set up that users then go into their print files via mapped drives to pull the data down. That in itself is OK if the files could be somewhere else other than the print folder where thge share is setup.
