Statement On Current Minus 2 Policy

Does anyone know for sure where I can locate the statement from Infor regarding the long held policy of break-fix support for current minus 2 service packs?

I have read skimmed through the new Support Operations Handbook and I don't see it in there.  I know I have heard it referenced on several conference calls w/Infor over the past year.  I would like to provide such documentation to a client in an effort to encourage them get patched up.
