We are currently Unix and looking to move to windows. We are 8.03 env and application, moving in Nov to 9.0LSF env only. Has anyone moved from unix to windows and if so can you explain to me the differences you found and the improvements of running on windows .

In my humble opinion... and it is just that, an opinion. Why anyone would ever consider moving a working Unix system (whatever the flavor, Lawson or other) to a MS-based one is beyond me.
But, I'm sure there are reasons to do such a thing that I haven't thought of.
