Users seeing each others jobs and print files

All of our users can see each other jobs and we want to prevent this. We all use the portal.  Only myself and an other user go into lid. We are on 9.0.1.11 environment 9.1.0.5 apps and use LSA security
We were told that usergroups in LAUA provided this functionality. I don't understand setting this up in laua when we use LSA but that is what we were told. I have 3 users that I am testing with and have removed these 3 users from all usergroups in LAUA and they can still see all user jobs.  I want to set up a few core users into groups where I can let the users within the groups see each others jobs and print files but all other users should only see their own print files.  There are 2 systems admins that need to be able to every job an print file.  Can this be done?
