We are in the process of implementing LS9 and have run into an issue where when we change CheckLS to Yes the user can no longer log into Lawson. This error displays..."The Portal cannot load becuase the Profile service returned an error: An unknown error occurred. Please contact your system admin."
Has anyone else seen this error and if so, what was the resolution?
Thanks!

1. Do they have a product line set for them in LS/RM?
2. Also, make sure they can access the basic GEN & LOGAN tables (i.e. GEN/PROJECT); I think these called something like LawsonQueryToolsRole, BatchRole, etc.

After a lot of trial and error, it came down to the last patch we installed. We installed a newer patch and it started to work.
